Joe graduated from Baylor University and began his career as a trader for a large financial institution. In 2014 he came to work with his Brother, Mike, at PCM, Inc. in Southlake, Texas. As of 2020, Joe, his wife Natalie, son Fletcher, and their two Boston Terriers live in Fredericksburg, TX where he continues to expand the practice. Growing up on the Texas coast, Joe enjoys hunting and fishing as well as woodworking. Joe devotes time the community through organizations such as Rotary International.
